Rich dark chocolate gives way to waves of sticky coconut.

This is one of eight releases of barrel aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into eight different
casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This
one has been resting in a 10 year cherry liqueur barrel the notes are exactly as you’d want, deep, rich and sweet cherry in abundance! This will develop over time but this is excellent to drink right now.

A Wild Saison aged in Chardonnay Barrels.
A classic Saison base, primary fermented in steel, with a secondary fermentation using wild cultures in a Chardonnay barrique for three years. Selected by ÖRME from our extensive barrel programme, to form part of their tasting menu, this is a fine, aged wild ale that has taken orchard fruits, meadowsweet
and hints of papaya from an incredibly expressive barrel, across a vibrant, bretty funk.

A Pedro Ximenez Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 2024
This is one of eight releases of barrel aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into eight different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a 5 year Pedro Ximénez cask and has developed a sweet, sticky, rich and very, very decadent character that will develop over time but is excellent to drink right now.
